Designs for a set of three celestial prints, depicting the Sun, Moon and Star. Made for the sylvansong shop.
Each design is created with its own pair of engraved bamboo printing blocks, for both the black and metallic gold elements. They have been individually printed in stages - gold first and black over the top - on beautiful handmade cotton rag paper. The subtle variations in the ink distribution, alignment and torn paper edges make each print totally unique.
